A Leeds-based client is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to support the business through its next exciting phase of planned growth.
This is a broad and high-impact role with a strong focus on financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations and working with data to support decision-making across the business. Alongside the technical aspects of the position, the successful candidate will be a strong people manager who can motivate, develop and lead a team effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading financial reporting activities
*Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
*Overseeing consolidations
*Analysing and interpreting data to support business performance
*Managing, mentoring and motivating the finance team
*Supporting the business through its next phase of growth
The ideal candidate will be:
*An experienced Finance Manager with strong technical accounting and reporting skills
