*We are recruiting a UK Brand Manager role for a well established, premium drinks business.
*They are leading the way within the industry, with an exceptional portfolio and international recognition.
*They are constantly innovating and have established themselves as a genuine leader within the industry, challenging what is possible and leverage decades of expertise within premium spirits.
*Now seeking a Brand Manager to join a collaborative and highly experience team.


The role:
*Play a pivotal role in the growth of a key brand within the portfolio, with sizeable investment and backing.
*Develop and execute brand plans – really thinking outside the box to elevate and drive long term growth.
*Lead disruptive campaigns, operating as the brand guardian and ensuring brand guidelines are maintained.
*Will identify opportunities for the business – connecting the dots and building strategic partnerships, across both the On and Off Trade.
*Work closely with the wider team, including digital, creative, sales and brand ambassadors.
*Will attend events and trade shows, representing the business and building further awareness in trade.


Ideal candidate:
*Will have 5+ years experience as a Brand Manager, within premium spirits
*Will ideally have worked with multiple brands, across a number of different spirits (whisky and rum preferred)
*Will have exceptional knowledge of the premium spirits landscape
*Is a confident communicator and has the ability to integrate well with a variety of stakeholders across the On and Off Trade
*Is a people person – loves building relationships and can take initiative to build partnerships
*Has a genuine passion for the spirits industry – will spend their free time further investing in their own knowledge and possesses a hunger to continually learn more about the category
