Job Description:
Full job descriptionAre you looking for a full-time, permanent Bus Driver role
*Where you’re treated as an individual, not just a number?
*In a bus company with a modern fleet?

*Where set rolling rotas offer guaranteed hours and predictability?
*4 day working week (currently no Sundays and Bank Holidays)?
Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We’re smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with.
Whether you’re an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you’re newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we’d like to hear from you.
What you will benefit from:
*Average minimum 40 hours per week
*Breaks paid in full

*Up to £70 per month driving bonus (conditions apply)
*One discretionary paid CPC training module each year (conditions apply and catch-up modules excluded)

*The choice to join a benefit scheme for £1.25 per week which gives access to health and welfare benefits (optional)
*After 2 weeks of employment, the opportunity to apply for discretionary, non-contractual family travel passes (you, your live-in partner/spouse and up to 5 child passes up to the age of 19 across participating bus companies).
*£15.80 per hour Monday to Saturday
*£19.00 per hour if you choose to work on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Worthing or Brighton)
What you’ll need:
*Valid Category D driving licence
*Valid Driver CPC card
*A reliable approach
*A professional, customer-focused attitude
*A strong commitment to safety
*The ability to commute to and from our depot
*The right to work in the UK
