Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generator / Business Development Executive to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. This role is focused on generating interest in professional training programmes and building relationships with businesses through outbound calls.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking to decision-makers, identifying opportunities and promoting training solutions to potential customers. This is not a hard sales environment, but candidates should enjoy engaging with people, generating leads and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Making outbound calls to businesses to introduce training and development opportunities.

*Generating interest and qualifying potential leads.

*Building and maintaining professional relationships with prospective clients.

*Promoting a range of training programmes and services.

*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.

*Providing occasional administrative support as required.

Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, business development, customer service or a similar telephone-based role.

*Confident and professional telephone manner.

*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

*Good IT and administrative skills.

*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

*Available to start immediately.

*22.5 hours per week

*Tuesday to Thursday

*Daytime hours

*Office-based role
