Are you a hands-on Design Engineer who enjoys bringing products to life—from concept through to manufacturing?
We’re recruiting for an R&D Design & Development Engineer to join a growing, fast-paced engineering team delivering high-quality injection moulded products into global healthcare markets. This is a practical, design-focused role where you’ll be heavily involved in CAD, prototyping, and real-world product development—not just managing projects from a distance.
If you enjoy working on tangible products, solving engineering challenges, and collaborating across teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a business scaling both its capabilities and international reach.
The Role
You’ll work within a small, collaborative R&D team, taking ownership of product design and development activities across the full lifecycle—from concept through to manufacturing handover.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys seeing their designs transition into production.

*Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Medical Engineering or similar

*Experience in product design & development in a manufacturing environment

*Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks or Solid Edge)

*Experience or exposure to injection moulding

*Good understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM)

Desirable
*3–5 years’ experience in R&D

*Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, FMCG)

Why Apply?
*Work on real products you can see, test, and improve

*Join a growing R&D function with strong long-term career potential

*Be part of a small, high-impact engineering team

*Gain international exposure (Asia & US travel opportunities)

*Play a key role in delivering products to global healthcare markets

Location & Package
