Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Manager - Building Products (6-12 month cover)

Office based: Boston
Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 & full benefits
The role of the Customer Service & Sales Manager - Building Products will involve:
*Customer service & sales promoting a high quality range of building products
*This role is a temporary position for 6-12 months
*Your main responsibility will be to develop, mentor and manage a small internal based customer service team
*Deal with the key account customer base when issues arise
*Support backorders, demand and stock levels
*Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams
*Manage vendor performance
The ideal applicant will be an Customer Service & Sales Manager - Building Products with:
*Must have B2B customer service experience
*Must have people leadership / management
*Ideally from the construction sector however open for the right candidate for example FMCG
*IT proficient
*Proactive problem solver
