Product Support Engineer



Permanent | £40,000 DOE | Monday–Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–4 | Wolverhampton



Job Description

*Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
*Troubleshoot electronic, IP and software-based systems remotely and on site.
*Support product development, testing and implementation.
*Provide customer training and technical guidance.
*Produce technical documentation and resolve/escalate issues.


Essential Experience/Skills

*Electrical/electronic or technical systems experience.
*Understanding of IP/networked systems.
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar is desirable.
*Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
