Central London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office
£35,000 FTE
Initial 3-month contract
Elevation’s People and HR team are looking for an experienced, highly organised Recruitment / Talent Coordinator to work for one of our clients on an interim basis.
Initially for a 3 month contract, this hands on role will support a high-volume recruitment process, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing a large number of candidates, coordinating multiple interviews and keeping processes moving at pace.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing high-volume CV screening and shortlisting against role requirements
*Coordinating candidate vetting and pre-employment checks
*Managing high volumes of interview scheduling and coordination
*Keeping candidates updated and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience
*Maintaining accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
*Monitoring candidate pipelines and following up on outstanding actions
*Supporting the wider Recruitment / Talent team with day-to-day recruitment activity
*Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, organised and delivered within agreed timelines
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in volume recruitment / high-volume talent coordination is essential
*Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Coordination or HR
*Experience managing a large volume of candidates and recruitment activity simultaneously
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at pace
*Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
*Experience coordinating multiple interviews and managing complex diaries
*Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Experience using an ATS / recruitment system would be advantageous
