The Role
You will work closely with an established client base, providing holistic independent financial advice across areas including pensions, investments and estate planning.


Depending on your preference, there is also the opportunity to develop new client relationships and generate additional business — but this is not a high-pressure sales environment.


As a senior member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence the direction of the business and ultimately progress into a Directorship position.


What we’re looking for
We’re keen to speak with experienced Independent Financial Advisers who are looking for something more than just their next adviser role.


You’ll need:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum; Chartered status would be advantageous.
*Previous experience working as an Independent Financial Adviser with CAS status.
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and estate planning.
*A proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ambition and commercial awareness to progress into a senior leadership/directorship position.
