Role: Wills & Probate Locum
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Working Pattern: Office-based
Rate: £50 - £60 per hour
Payroll: PAYE or Umbrella
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 3 months

CRA Consulting are working with an established law firm in Doncaster that requires an experienced Wills & Probate Locum to provide immediate support to its Private Client department.
This is an initial 3-month assignment, although there may be scope for the requirement to continue depending on workloads.

The Role
The firm needs somebody who can come in, pick up an existing caseload and work with a good degree of autonomy from the outset.
The caseload is expected to include a broad range of Private Client matters such as:
*Wills
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Trusts
*Inheritance and estate planning
*General elderly client matters
You’ll be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships and helping the department manage its existing workload during the assignment.

What we’re looking for
We’d be interested in speaking with:
*Wills & Probate Solicitors
*Chartered Legal Executives
*Experienced Private Client Fee Earners
*Established Private Client Locums

Previous experience independently managing a Wills & Probate caseload is essential, as the firm needs somebody capable of hitting the ground running with minimal supervision.
You will also need to be comfortable working from the firm’s Doncaster office, as this isn’t a remote locum assignment.
The Package
£50 - £55 per hour
PAYE or Umbrella payroll
