Corporate Tax Manager
£52,000 to £64,000 per annum (DOE) | Permanent, full time
Cardiff
A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Cardiff is looking for a CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified Corporate Tax Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio across compliance and advisory work.

The tax team is growing and well regarded, with a supported route to Senior Manager. What’s the day to day of the role:
*Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
*Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations and tax planning
*Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
*Developing and maintaining trusted client relationships
*Mentoring junior members of the tax team and supporting their development
*Contributing to business development activity and proposals
Required skills and qualifications:
*CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained in practice
*At least five years’ experience within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience managing a corporate portfolio across compliance and advisory work
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
*Excellent client facing skills, commercially minded and proactive
