Description
The Family Solicitor will be:
*Advising clients on a broad range of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial provision and child-related disputes.
*Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters from inception through to resolution.
*Representing clients in Sheriff Court proceedings and assisting with more complex Court of Session matters.
*Building strong client relationships through the delivery of practical, commercially focused legal advice.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service and contribute to the continued success of the practice.


Profile
The Family Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years’ PQE, primarily or exclusively within family law.
*Experienced in managing family law matters with minimal supervision.
*Comfortable appearing in court and advocating on behalf of clients.
*Commercially aware with strong client relationship and business development skills.
*A team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
*More experienced solicitors with an existing following or caseload are also encouraged to apply.
