Full job descriptionA well-established charitable organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a part-time fixed-term basis. The role is based in Dalkeith, although occasional travel to other sites may be required.

The Role
Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the organisation, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing referral enquiries received by telephone and email.
*Maintaining accurate records and databases.
*Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
*Supporting diary management and appointment scheduling.
*Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting papers and presentations.
*Organising meetings and taking minutes when required.
*Providing reception and customer service support to visitors and service users.
*Assisting with events, fundraising activities and other organisational initiatives.
*Supporting colleagues across various functions including administration, projects and service delivery.
*Providing cover for administrative colleagues during periods of absence.
