Service Management Consultant

Key Skills & Experience
*Strong experience in IT service management, ITIL practices, operational process design, managed services or service transformation.
*Good understanding of incident, change, problem, continuity and service ownership processes in complex technology environments.
*Ability to convert operational resilience concepts into practical workflows and BAU behaviours.
*Experience working with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms is desirable.
*Strong workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
*Ability to balance control, usability and operational efficiency when designing resilience processes.

You will have worked at a consultant level before and will ideally have worked in providing a statement of work.
