Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a government client. This is a 12-month FTC based in Newcastle. Candidates must either be based locally or willing to relocate/travel to Newcastle. There will be requirements to attend offices, quarterly in-person meetings, and additional ad hoc workshops.

Location: 3 days onsite - Newcastle
Eligibility: UK Security Clearance

Responsibilities*Translate user research and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
*Work effectively with technical teams to produce build-ready requirements.
*Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the programme.
*Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
*Produce structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
*Ensure requirements are linked to user needs and business value.
*Support delivery within digital product environments.
*Adapt to complex and changing environments.
Essential Experience
*Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
*Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
*Experience working in digital product environments.
*Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
*Understanding of data, analytics and digital delivery environments.
*Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
*Ability to work effectively with technical teams.
*Experience producing structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
