Full job descriptionMy client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on initially a temporary basis, with a view to becoming permanent.
Working in a small and friendly team, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices in this fast-paced industry, dealing with any supplier queries, performing supplier statement reconciliation and preparing for payment runs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly flexible business with a family feel and exciting benefits where you can stay for the long term.
Skills required:
*At least 12 month’s experience in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger role
*Have your own vehicle due to location
*Be a self-starter with the ability to use your initiative to succeed in this role
*Have a strong level of MS Excel
