Full job description The Role
As an Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on part across the full deal lifecycle, including:
*Sourcing, screening and running due diligence on European secondary opportunities (both LP and GP-led)
*Engaging directly with management teams and fund managers to carry out detailed asset- and portfolio-level analysis
*Conducting quantitative and qualitative research, financial modelling and valuation across sectors, geographies and stages
*Preparing and presenting due diligence materials and investment committee memoranda
*Forming and articulating a clear investment view, and defending it in a team setting including IC discussions
*Supporting deal structuring, closing coordination and ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments
*Occasional travel for on-site due diligence and sponsor meetings
What We’re Looking For
*A strong academic background
*1-2 years’ experience in private equity, top-tier investment banking, and/or consulting
*Excellent quantitative, modelling and valuation skills, with sound investment judgement and a keen sense of risk/reward
*A genuine appetite for self-directed learning - particularly around AI and automation, with hands-on experimentation a plus
*A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work independently
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to juggle multiple workstreams with excellent attention to detail
*A positive, collaborative attitude
*Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a bonus)
