Full job descriptionTemporary Executive Assistant, 9 Month Temporary Contract
We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a busy London team on a 9-month temporary contract.
This is a varied role where you’ll provide high-level administrative and EA support, helping to manage diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses and support the smooth running of the London office.
You’ll also be involved in organising events, restaurant bookings, visitor arrangements and general office administration, acting as a professional and friendly first point of contact for clients, guests and colleagues.
Key requirements:
*Previous Executive Assistant, PA or similar experience
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Professional and client-service focused approach
*Strong communication skills
*Experience with Outlook and Zoom; familiarity with travel and expense systems would be beneficial
Working pattern: Initially full time office based during training, moving to 4 days per week in the office once fully trained.
