Trial Balance are pleased to be working with an accountancy practice which has developed an excellent reputation in the local market, and one which enjoys a very low staff turnover rate. An increase in demand for their services has led to a new vacancy for an experienced Client Manager in their Barnstaple office, to join in what is a really exciting time for the business.
The main duties in this Client Manager position will include:
-Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements
-Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and proactive relationships and providing practical advice and support
-Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery
-Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions
-Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently met
-Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and technical support
-Identifying opportunities to add value to existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
This Client Manager role would be a great fit for an experienced accountant with a strong background in an accountancy practice environment.
Whilst ACA or ACCA qualifications would be highly beneficial, applications are welcomed from candidates with strong experience in an accountancy practice environment.
You will be required to fit in well with an existing team and be able to build genuine relationships with your clients.
