We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to support children and young people within a residential children’s home.
You will lead shifts, support the residential care team and provide safe, nurturing and child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities*Lead shifts and support Residential Support Workers.
*Provide high-quality children’s residential care.
*Build positive relationships with young people.
*Support care plans, activities and independence.
*Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour.
*Maintain accurate records and reports.
*Work with families and other professionals.
*Support the day-to-day running of the home.
About You*12+ months’ experience with children and young people.
*Experience in children’s residential care.
*Confident managing challenging behaviour.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Level 3 Residential Childcare / Children & Young People desirable.
*Full UK driving licence.
