Full job descriptionComplex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant - North LiverpoolTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in North Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, patient and resilient TA who has experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism and significant learning difficulties.
The successful candidate will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping with learning, communication, independence and day-to-day development.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience working with complex SEN
*Has experience supporting pupils with autism and/or profound learning needs
*Is calm, patient and nurturing
*Can confidently manage challenging or unpredictable situations
*Is committed to supporting pupils to achieve their potential
*Works well as part of a specialist school team
