Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing
*Develop and implement dynamic pricing and revenue strategies across rooms, suites and packages.
*Manage inventory, rate structures and restrictions across all distribution channels.
*Maintain rate parity and optimise channel performance.
*Lead regular revenue meetings, providing market analysis and pricing recommendations.
Forecasting & Reporting
*Produce accurate short and long-term revenue forecasts.
*Monitor key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share and channel mix.
*Identify commercial opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations.
*Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.
Systems & Distribution
*Manage PMS, RMS and channel management systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective configuration.
*Optimise OTA performance and direct booking strategies to improve conversion and reduce commission costs.
*Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support revenue decisions.
Commercial Collaboration
*Partner with Sales and Marketing on promotions, packages and demand-driving campaigns.
*Work with Reservations and Front Office teams to maximise upselling and yield opportunities.
*Collaborate with F&B, Spa and Events teams to increase cross-selling and overall revenue.
Leadership
*Promote a strong revenue culture through training, coaching and performance reporting.
*Support and mentor team members within the commercial and reservations functions.
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management.
*Experience within luxury, boutique or independent hospitality environments preferred.
*Proven success in growing RevPAR and total revenue through pricing and distribution strategies.
*Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, channel managers and OTA platforms.
*Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
*Highly analytical, commercially focused and detail-oriented.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Able to work confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
If you are an experienced Revenue Manager with a passion for driving performance in luxury hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
