Salary: £50,000 Basic + Bonus/Profit Share + Company Van
Our client is looking for an experienced Installation & Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple installation projects across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations, logistics, installations or production professional who enjoys managing people, organising workloads, maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage installation schedules and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
*Lead and support installation teams, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
*Conduct site surveys and assessments prior to installation.
*Plan labour, materials and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
*Monitor productivity, quality and installation performance.
*Carry out site inspections and resolve operational issues.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations.
*Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
*Maintain accurate records, measurements and project documentation.
*Drive continuous improvement across installation and operational processes.
Candidate Requirements
*Previous experience in Operations Management, Installation Management, Site Coordination, Production Management, Logistics Management or Project Coordination.
*Strong people management and leadership experience.
*Excellent planning and organisational skills.
*Experience managing multiple projects, teams or workstreams.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
*Health & Safety awareness.
*Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
