Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
Call-Out: 1 in 4 weekends (paid £51 per call-out)

The RoleWe are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (60/40 or 70/30) to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will be expected to hit the ground running, supporting production by maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of machinery and systems.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and join an established maintenance team with a stable structure. Please note this is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying technical and operational.
Key Responsibilities*Maintenance and repair of heater systems

*Work on machine safety systems

*Fault-finding on single and 3-phase motors

*Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

*Reactive and planned maintenance across Plastic injection moulding manufacturing machinery

*Supporting production teams to minimise downtime

*Occasional weekend call-out (1 in 5)

Experience & Qualifications*Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing

*Injection moulding experience highly advantageous

*Ideally NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent

*Strong mechanical background with multi-skilled capability

*Ability to work independently and efficiently

Package*Salary: £44,000

*Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

*Shift Allowance:33% for night shifts

*Call-Out Pay: £51 per call-out

*Hours: 3-shift rotation (6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6)

*Pension: Company scheme

*Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays
