A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Trainee to join a successful and growing organisation based in Norwich. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within finance.
We are looking for an organised, detail-focused and motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career within finance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day administration and financial processes
*Reconciling data accurately and identifying any discrepancies or missing information
*Reviewing and maintaining financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
*Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve data-related queries
*Investigating discrepancies and supporting the resolution of data issues in a timely manner
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Assisting with reporting, data analysis and other finance-related tasks as required
About You:
*A keen interest in developing a career within finance
*Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
*Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities effectively
*Analytical approach with the ability to identify issues and find solutions
*Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
*A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
