About the role
Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
Key responsibilities*Provide person-centred care and support to individuals.
*Support residents with their daily routines and activities.
*Promote independence, dignity and choice.
*Assist with personal care where required.
*Build positive and professional relationships with residents.
*Follow individual care and support plans.
*Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
*Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
Requirements*Previous experience in care or support work is desirable.
*A caring, patient and professional approach.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Reliable and able to work flexibly.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Right to work in the UK.
*DBS and relevant training, or willingness to complete the required checks.
