Job description
Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Pitsea, Basildon.
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible and providing high-quality care and support.
The role includes:
*Providing person-centred care and support to residents
*Supporting individuals with their daily activities and routines
*Promoting independence, dignity and choice
*Supporting with personal care where required
*Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
*Following individual care and support plans
*Maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
*Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable
*A caring, patient and professional approach
*Good communication skills
*Reliability and flexibility
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Right to work in the UK
*Relevant DBS and mandatory training, or willingness to complete these requirements
Pay: £14.43 per hour
