Job Description:
Full job descriptionRequire candidates with previous Contact Centre or strong customer service experience
Initial work to be focussed on in-bound telephone calls from Clarion residents.
Candidates must have some knowledge of MS Office products such as Word & Outlook
Previous CRM experience is desirable
Predominantly based from home, office attendance will be required for training, team meetings, IT troubleshooting etc
These are temp-to-perm opportunities with a starting salary of £28,372 p.a. + full Clarion benefits
