Reed Education are recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Doncaster on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for a confident HLTA who enjoys taking responsibility for leading learning, covering classes and supporting pupils across a range of year groups.
Responsibilities*Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
*Support teaching and learning across the school.
*Lead intervention groups and targeted support sessions.
*Work with pupils including those with additional needs.
*Assist with assessment and progress monitoring.
Requirements*HLTA qualification or significant relevant experience.
*Experience working within a UK primary school.
*Strong behaviour management skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
