Salary: £95 - £110 per day
Reed Education are currently seeking a committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for a primary-aged pupil with additional needs within a Doncaster school.
This rewarding role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting children with SEN and can build positive relationships that encourage both academic and personal development.
Responsibilities*Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with SEN.
*Assist with learning, communication and emotional regulation.
*Implement strategies recommended by external professionals.
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
*Promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements*Experience supporting children with SEN.
*Understanding of autism, ADHD or other additional needs would be advantageous.
*Calm, patient and resilient approach.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
