This position would suit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or a law graduate with previous residential property experience looking to further develop their career.
The Role
You will assist fee earners and solicitors with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Help to Buy matters
*Land Registry applications
*Preparing legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and solicitors
*Managing files and progressing transactions efficiently
Requirements
*Previous experience within a conveyancing or residential property team
*Understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage a busy workload
*Professional and client-focused approach
