This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a supportive and experienced property team handling a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload. The firm has a strong local reputation, a loyal client base, and offers genuine long-term career development.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from ongoing support and supervision from senior members of the team.
Matters will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Help to Buy and scheme-related transactions
*Title investigations and reporting
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
*Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE
*Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team
*Strong organisational and time management skills
NQ solicitors with a solid residential conveyancing training seat will also be considered.
