*Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
*Day Shift Rate: £20.33 per hour
*Afternoon Shift Rate: £24.40 per hour
*Night Shift Rate: £27.44 per hour
*Overtime 1.5 Rate (Mon-Sat): £30.49 per hour
*Overtime 2.0 Rate (Sundays): £40.66 per hour
Shift Patterns
*Days: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 | Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
*Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00 | Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
*Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00 | Friday, 17:00 - 21:30

Key Responsibilities
*Execute high-precision MIG welding on specialized fixtures and heavy-duty components.
*Work strictly to tight tolerances where quality and safety are the top priorities.
*Safely operate overhead cranes and utilize jigs for assembling heavy parts.
*Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict safety regulations.

Required & Desired Qualifications
*Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or an equivalent relevant qualification).
*Experience: Proven background in MIG welding with the ability to pass a trade test.
*Equipment: Comfort using overhead cranes and jigs in a heavy industrial setting.
*Mindset: A strong safety-first attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
*Flexibility: Readiness to work rotating shift patterns (Days, Backs, and Nights).
