About the OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established international distribution business based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating orders, suppliers, and logistics activities.
This position offers a blend of customer service, order management, supply chain coordination, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities*Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated customer portfolio
*Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
*Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
*Raise and manage supplier purchase orders and stock replenishment orders
*Coordinate deliveries, transportation, and shipping documentation
*Produce customer invoices and verify supplier invoices
*Monitor and maintain accurate data across ERP and CRM systems
*Liaise closely with sales, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
*Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and quality processes
*Assist other business units during periods of high workload or absence
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Support role
*Experience working within a distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
*Experience using ERP, CRM, or SAP systems (or similar platforms)
*Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
*A proactive and customer-focused approach
