We’re working with a well known client based in Manchester looking for a Data Manager to support their data function on an initial 3-4 month contract. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving a BigQuery environment.

What you’ll be doing:
*Owning and maintaining the BigQuery platform
*Managing data pipelines and resolving issues
*Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives
*Enhancing data models and warehouse structures
*Working closely with analysts and engineers on ad hoc requirements
What they’re looking for:
*Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery
*Experience in a Data Manager, Data Lead or Lead Data Engineer capacity
*Strong understanding of data governance, modelling and warehousing
*Experience managing ETL/ELT pipelines
*Available to start in the coming weeks
Contract:
*Outside IR35
*3-4 month contract
*Hybrid Manchester
*£600-£650 per day
