Skills needed
*Lead a small residential team day to day
*Strong on Ofsted Quality Standards and safeguarding
*Build a settled, therapeutic home for young people


Experience needed
*Leadership or supervisory experience in children’s residential care
*Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 5 or working towards
*Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations
