Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Start Your Career in Recruitment

We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required – we’re looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
You’ll receive full training, ongoing support and a clear progression pathway, giving you everything you need to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant.
What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Build relationships with candidates and clients
*Identify and attract suitable candidates for vacancies
*Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and networking
*Conduct candidate searches and CV screening
*Carry out telephone and video interviews
*Arrange interviews between candidates and clients
*Develop new and existing client relationships
*Generate new business opportunities through business development and sales activity
*Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact through to placement
*Negotiate salaries and manage offers
*Work towards individual and team sales targets
*Maintain accurate candidate and client records
*Provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process
