Business Development Specialist – What You’ll Be Doing:
*Support business and client development planning, including budgets and reporting
*Assist with pitches, proposals and client-facing materials, including tailored research and content
*Support client meetings, BD initiatives and follow-up activities
*Conduct client, market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategy
*Support key client relationship initiatives and track BD activity
*Maintain marketing materials, presentations, lawyer profiles and matter records
*Contribute to thought leadership, industry updates, directory submissions and awards
*Support the planning and delivery of client events, conferences and sponsorships
*Contribute to wider global, EU and London business development projects as required
Business Development Specialist – What We’re Looking For:
*3+ years of Business Development experience within a law firm
*Skilled in using relevant technology and software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InterAction)
*Relevant Marketing or Business Development qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent) advantageous
*Knowledge of Finance, Business Restructuring, and Real Estate practices
*An understanding of banks, financial institutions, investment funds and the infrastructure sector in the UK and EU markets is desirable
