Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a Talent Management Assistant to join an experienced team supporting leading YouTube creators and digital talent.
You’ll help manage day-to-day client needs, support campaigns, resolve YouTube-related issues and build strong relationships with creators, brands and internal teams. You’ll also contribute to channel reviews and research into the fast-moving creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
*Support creators with YouTube and social media-related queries
*Assist with campaign management, timelines and deliverables
*Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and creators
*Provide insights and recommendations to support client growth
*Conduct channel reviews and creator economy research
*Keep up to date with trends across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
*Communicate with YouTube when required
About You
*Experience in a client-facing role
*Strong interest in creators, social media and digital content
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Proactive, resilient and detail-oriented
*Experience with creative talent or social media is desirable but not essential
*English required; an additional language is a plus
