Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
Yolk Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a global insurance business to recruit a Reconciliation Officer to join its finance team.
This is a predominantly reconciliation-focused role within a wider finance function. It would suit someone who has worked within a traditional finance administration or reconciliation position and is looking to develop their experience within a global organisation.
The Role*Completing bank and account reconciliations

*Using Excel extensively to complete and support reconciliations

*Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies

*Loading and processing journals

*Raising and processing payments

*Allocating credits to customer accounts

*Maintaining accurate financial records

*Processing day-to-day financial transactions

*Working closely with colleagues across the wider finance team

*Supporting with wider finance administration as required

About You*Previous experience within a finance administration or reconciliation role

*Strong Excel reconciliation experience is essential

*Experience reconciling bank or financial accounts

*Good understanding of transactional finance

*Experience processing journals and payments would be beneficial

*Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous

*Strong attention to detail and accuracy

*Good communication and organisational skills

*Able to work independently while contributing to a wider finance team
