Working within a dynamic and forward-thinking finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering meaningful commercial insight across the organisation.


The Opportunity
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner to senior operational, commercial and marketing stakeholders, helping shape trading decisions and future growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:*Commercial ownership of the UK P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting
*Leading financial planning processes and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives
*Providing insightful analysis of revenue, margins and profitability drivers
*Developing financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
*Identifying risks and opportunities to maximise business performance
*Producing clear, meaningful reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
*Partnering closely with commercial, marketing and trading teams to influence decision-making
*Supporting pricing, promotional and investment decisions through robust financial analysis
*Building and evaluating business cases, ensuring strong commercial returns
*Leading regular performance reviews and providing actionable recommendations
*Driving continuous improvements in finance processes, systems and reporting
*Supporting and developing junior finance team members where appropriate

About You
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving, data-led environment.
You’ll bring:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
*Strong commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering experience
*A proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively
*Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
*Experience building financial models, forecasts and investment appraisals
*Strong Excel and reporting systems experience
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive, driven and solutions-focused mindset
