Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Female Live-in Complex Care Support Worker to support a client in their own home in Epsom, Surrey.
Essential Requirements*Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience.
*Previous complex-care experience is essential.
*Experience with medication and INR monitoring.
*Understanding of Tamil/Kerala/Malayali culture and care preferences.
*Calm, reliable, organised, observant and compassionate.
*Confident following clinical guidance and escalation procedures.
*Excellent communication and attention to detail.
*Able to travel reliably to the placement.
*Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Desirable*LVAD or heart-failure experience.
*Tamil-speaking ability.
*Experience with anticoagulation/INR, diabetes, neurological conditions or visual impairment.
