Receptionist PART TIME in London - vacancy with a corporate finance firm. If you have experience in a restaurant, hotel, office, gym, retail, or any other customer-facing industry, we’d love to hear from you. This is a high-end corporate front-of-house role based in the City, offering excellent benefits and the opportunity to work in fabulous offices.
Duties
*Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues, creating an outstanding first impression.
*Manage meeting room bookings using scheduling software, ensuring rooms are prepared and utilized efficiently.
*Coordinate conference calls and provide meeting support as required.
*Oversee meeting room presentation, working closely with catering and cleaning teams to maintain exceptional standards throughout the day.
*Liaise with hospitality teams to arrange refreshments, working lunches, and client catering requirements.
*Monitor office supplies and coordinate stock replenishment.
*Provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
*Arrange business travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
Requirements
*Previous Front of House, Corporate Reception, or Cabin Crew experience.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with senior executives and clients.
*Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
*Able to prioritize workloads and maintain excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
*Professional telephone manner with a polished and well-presented approach.
*A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
