Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer with a valid IPAF licence to join a busy demolition and construction project in Leeds city centre (LS1). This is a short-term contract lasting approximately 2 weeks, offering competitive rates and immediate starts for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting demolition and construction trades on site.
*Operating powered access equipment in line with IPAF certification.
*General site labouring duties.
*Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
*Assisting with site strip-out and demolition works.
*Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
*Removing waste and debris from site.
*Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
*Supporting site management and other trades as required.
Requirements
*Valid IPAF Licence (essential).
*Previous labouring experience within construction or demolition environments.
*Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
*Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
*Full PPE required, including hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection.
