Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working on behalf of a global specialist insurance provider, who require a Claims Adjuster / Claims Assessor to join their growing multinational and international property and construction team.


Responsibilities:
*Candidates will be responsible for assessing and managing a caseload of complex international property claims through the process.
*You will carry out a proactive assessment, confirm coverage and evaluate investigative material to enable you to resolve claims in a timely manner.
*You will appoint loss adjusters, lawyers and other experts to ensure the interests of the company ae protected.


Experience:
*Candidates need to have proven and demonstrable experience over a number of years managing a caseload of large and / or complex property or claims
*You will demonstrate knowledge of international programmes including Europe, Asia and US.
*You will have excellent team and communication skills and be confident and competent in dealing with a range of intermediaries and clients and being able to conduct multi-party negotiations.
*Ideally candidates will hold professional qualifications, although this is not essential.
