The Role
You’ll partner with senior consultants and customer stakeholders to drive successful adoption of enterprise software, owning or supporting activities including:
*Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis
*Change, communications and training planning
*Readiness and adoption assessments
*Development of communications and training materials
*Change planning, tracking and delivery
*Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes


About You
*5+ years’ experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar
*5+ years’ experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes
*5+ years’ consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side
*Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
*Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands-on delivery
*Experience supporting organisations through technology and process change
*Workday experience strongly preferred
*Willingness to travel up to 25%
*English required; German and/or French advantageous
