Full job descriptionFinancial Planner / Financial Adviser wanted for the wealth arm of an established accountancy business.
£65,000 to £80,000 plus a 25% bonus on revenue above validation, and around £100,000 of ongoing income to inherit from day one.
This is an established business with the scale to back you and the ambition to grow. An Fincail Planning and Accountancy-led group, with a full wealth proposition and a global network behind it. You get the credibility to open doors, the services to keep clients close and the room to build your own portfolio.
THE OPPORTUNITY
*Clients to inherit
*Referral flow from the accountancy partners, which you will grow by building strong relationships
*Existing advisers are typically generating £500,000 to £750,000 in annual revenue
*Full back office support Parplanners and Administrators
*This is not about walking into a finished book and maintaining it. It is about taking a strong platform and building something much bigger.

PACKAGE
*Salary of £65,000 to £80,000, depending on experience, qualifications and track record
*Bonus scheme paying 25% of revenue generated above validation
*25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each year
