Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their successful team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys developing new business, building strong customer relationships and working towards achievable sales targets.
You will be responsible for promoting a range of programmes and digital solutions to organisations across the UK, managing the full sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and key decision-makers.
*Promote and sell programmes, resources and digital solutions.
*Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations via video calls and face-to-face meetings.
*Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
*Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.
*Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities using the CRM system.
*Work towards individual and team sales targets.
*Attend industry exhibitions and events when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a sales or business development role.
*Proven experience of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
*Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
*Confident engaging with senior decision-makers.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Self-motivated, proactive and commercially driven.
*Comfortable using CRM systems and conducting online product demonstrations.
Salary & Benefits:
*Basic salary up to £35,000.
*OTE £45,000.
*Hybrid working – 2 days working from home per week following initial training.
*25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
*Company pension scheme.
