An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful Customer Sales Team within a fast-paced office environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers within the Contract Catering sector, delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities
*Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
*Process orders accurately and efficiently.
*Prepare quotations and identify opportunities to increase sales.
*Maintain accurate customer and system information.
*Manage back orders and communicate updates to customers.
*Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
*Work towards agreed KPIs and sales targets.
*Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
*Support wider sales teams with tenders, product sourcing and matching.
*Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
About You
*Previous customer service or sales experience.
*Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
*Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
*Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
*Positive, proactive and commercially minded.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience within catering equipment or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
