This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business brokerage and advisory firm based in London’s west-end. Working directly with the Managing Director and senior team, you will gain experience in corporate finance and private markets, with direct exposure to deals from origination to completion. This is a permanent in-office position which supports the M&A teams and offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
*Manage the deal packaging up process
*Support with financial and commercial analysis where required
*VDR management for all transactions
*Deal execution and due diligence support
*Work directly with the MD and the senior team on their specific transactions
*Process optimisation and documentation
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/ BE:
*Proven academic track record to degree level or equivalent
*Newly or recently qualified Accountant -ACA /ACCA/CIMA
*Prior experience in transactional services or corporate finance
*Experience producing financial/commercial analysis
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*Practical knowledge of business and how businesses run
